By downloading, installing, or using the LexiVerses mobile application ("App") or visiting our website at lexiverses.app ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LexiVerses ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the App and Website.

2. Description of Service

LexiVerses is an English language learning application that teaches English using Bible Scripture from the Simplified English Version. The App provides:

Interactive English lessons with Scripture content
Multiple exercise types including word bank, listening, fill-in-the-blank, reorder, and dictation
Audio recordings of Scripture verses
Progress tracking and learning statistics

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LexiVerses. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

5.3 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

The App, Website, and all content therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of LexiVerses or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Scripture Content

All Scripture content in the App is from the Simplified English Version Bible, which is owned and created by us. This content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside of the App without our express written permission.

6.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

8. User Content

9. Disclaimers

LexiVerses is designed to supplement English language learning. It is not intended to replace formal education or professional language instruction.

9.2 No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 Religious Content

While the App uses Scripture content for educational purposes, we make no representations regarding religious or theological interpretations. The App is designed to teach English, not theology.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexiVerses and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LexiVerses and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination
